I think MGMT may have written a new song about Dan Treacy from Television Personalities. MGMT has a new song, the title was written on the setlist: "Dan Tracey". In the lyrics it says, "Dan Treacy smiles..." and "He made his mind up". The tune seems a bit familiar. Anyone know about this / confirm it?

I'll post a youtube later when available. They played it 6-9-09 in Little Rock, and 6-11-09 in Memphis. MGMT is a US band that has done a couple shows with Television Personalities, in Norwich and Oxford UK 2008 I believe.

heard the studio version of this today-i'm disappointed-in fact it sucks a big one.you know how "ironic" the Pooh Sticks "i know someone who knows someone who knows alan mcgee quite well" was? well this is worse!!! in fact its shite!!!!
