The Container Drivers
The Container Drivers have just released their debut single, 'It Must be the Pipes'. Of interest to TV Personalities fans is the b-side, which is a cover of 'You, Me and Lou Reed'. The CD is available from Topplers for just £1, plus P&P. You can listen to the A side on the group's Myspace page.

Very kind!Echo Weller wrote:Just listened to the title track, very catchy.
I'll be sure to buy it.
There's a good reason for the lyric change... we learned the song from the only version of it that we had at the time, and that's the live one from 'Chocolate Art' in which Dan playfully changes the lyrics. We heard the 'and don't the kids' version later but decided to stick with the amended version.Echo Weller wrote:Edit: I love your Dorian Gray cover, how you changed some of the lyrics & that.

Re: The Container Drivers
I'd say the original song on there (It Must Be The Pipes) is pretty damn good too!
