"How I Learned To Love The Bomb" (Dreamworld)
First release in at least two years by the long-serving screen stars. A slightly dated debut in the pop arsenal (anyone else remember TV Smith's marvellous 'Tomahawk Cruise'?), but it's a goodie. This nursery-rhyme admits possession of the dreaded warhead - "it's yellow, black and grey, and I polish it every day / and I don't care what the neighbours say, cos now I've learned to love the bomb . . ."

Chockful of handclaps and go-go keyboard swirls, 'Bomb' continues the run of sublime seven-inchers from the TVPs. But the vocal has still to reach puberty . . .
